Skyscrapers to the local inhabitants of the dirt below.
Mere buttons of white to the flight enabled above,
and to the random human sort?
They are to look upon.
Such rare a sight,
captured for contemplations of the day.

Twenty-nine

Often times I feel as if time has skipped over us. .
As if I'm still only nineteen, but technically I'm not. Technically I'm twenty-nine and an actual real life adult.

But inside, I'm a nine year old kid who loves wearing footed pajamas and eating cookies while drinking hot cocoa.

I hope I always feel this way.
Like a small child.
Only I have my own money and car and no official bed time.
