That always makes my day.

Yes, I sit outside with my face smashed against my camera holding my breath within centimeters of flying bugs
and sweet smelling plants for long periods of time, each day.
Often I am so close to these buzzing creatures they bump into my lens
leaving behind their tiny body print smudge for me to clean.
No bugs were harmed in the making of these photos.

I was lucky today and saw two spotted bugs.
I captured this one's image as it was running off.


I guess I may have gotten too close because it flew off rather quickly.
